American Pet Professionals Secures the Trademark Registration for Pet Industry 101®
(Babylon, NY) – December 13, 2024 – American Pet Professionals (APP), announces the successful trademark registration of Pet Industry 101®. The trademark was registered earlier this year in September of 2024.
American Pet Professionals is a leading business networking and educational organization that serves pet professionals across every niche of the pet industry. The organization offers networking events, educational resources, and opportunities for collaboration to support pet businesses at every stage.

APP has implemented the use of Pet Industry 101® since 2018, as a part of their educational events both in person and online, podcasts, e-books, and videos, and it will be further expanded in 2025. Plans include the launch of a Pet Industry 101® Mastermind, a program designed to help new and aspiring pet business owners navigate the complexities of the industry.
