Hi there, and happy Monday!

When you first started your pet business, or had the dream of one, was your thought process, “How am I going to be a great leader in my business?”

No? You’re probably not alone. Leadership may not have been the first thing you thought about.

(I know there are some of you reading this where leadership was, and still is, important to your pet business. But I don’t think it’s the first thing most people think about when they come up with a new pet product or business idea.)
